Alpro is aiming to wake up the breakfast category with a new TV push that showcases its unsweetened almond milk.

The 30-second ad, which will air from next week, features a young woman enjoying a healthy breakfast with the help of brand mascot Ally the squirrel. It highlights the drink’s ‘low calorie’ and ‘free from added sugar’ benefits.

Running until March, the ad will be supported by digital activations, shopper marketing and a blogger/PR programme.
