McCain buys Chinese food maker
Canadian-based frozen food specialist McCain has bought Belleisle which manufactures frozen Chinese foods including egg rolls and entrées at a facility in New Brunswick.
McCain said Belleisle, which markets 75 products, both refrigerated and frozen, across Canada and in the eastern US, would become a part of the Canadian frozen foods division of McCain Foods.
