Juice and fruit-based ingredients supplier David Berryman has appointed Paul Mold as UK sales manager.
Mold has held a number of account management roles at flavour manufacturer Belmay Flavours, fats and oils company ADM Pura, and Associated British Foods.
In a newly created role for the company, Mold will take responsibility for further developing existing customer relationships and maximising new opportunities within the food and beverages markets.
The sales function at David Berryman had previously been held by managing director David Berryman who will continue to provide support while he concentrates on other areas of the business.
Mold said: “My position at David Berryman is an all-encompassing role to enhance the profile of the company and to drive the business forward by developing new opportunities.”
