You've got 25 words to describe your career to date. As a career renaissance man, I have a PhD in results. I have never been afraid to change who I am for who I can become. (26 words I also like to break the rules)

How do you describe your job to your mates? Like being at the final game of an NBA championship. Three seconds left in the game, a tie score, and Jordan has the ball. Anything is possible.

What is the worst job you've ever had? Selling cutlery to vulnerable high-school graduate girls for their 'hope' chest.

If you could change one thing in the grocery industry what would it be? Wider availability of local food.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? Working with a great team and seeing how excited our fans get about our new flavours.

What is the least rewarding part? Too much time in front of the computer, not enough time in front of the freezer.

What's your best interview tip? Short answers.

What was your worst job interview? I've always had to be careful about applying for jobs because I tend to get hired easily (must be my sparkling personality). The worst interview I gave was for a job I didn't really want. I didn't get it, but then got hired by Ben & Jerry's one month later, 21 years ago.

Where do you hope to be in five years? Making gnocchi with my grandchildren.

If you were allowed one dream perk, what would it be? I already have it. The nap room here at headquarters.

What is your motto in life? "If you cry about a nickel, you'll die for a dime" Robert Johnson.

What do you like to do outside of work? Gardening and cooking.

What was the first music single you bought? Ain't Too Proud to Beg by The Temptations.

What has been your most embarrassing moment? Having my wife's engagement ring fall apart.

Do you have any phobias? I'm not fond of rats.

If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be? Chris Rock we need a good laugh now and then.
What would you request as your final meal? Roasted peppers, anchovies, fresh Italian bread and a bottle of Brunello 2001.
