Do you prefer healthy food or junk food? I eat pretty healthily, but there's nothing wrong with fish and chips once in a while (with tons of vinegar, out of the bag).
Have you ever sent back or complained about a meal? Quite a few times. We Brits are better at complaining than we're often given credit for.
What's your favourite tipple? Feel Good Cranberry and Lime Spritz - with a healthy measure of Stolichnaya.
What would you rescue from your house if it was burning down? Once family are safe, nothing.
What's your fantasy car... and what do you actually drive? Aston Martin Vanquish would be great, but in reality it's a BMW estate with plenty of room for the dog in the back.
What gadgets do you carry around with you? I used to carry loads that never got used, so now it's just a smartphone, ipod and bottle opener keyring.
What's the most embarrassing moment of your professional life? Crashing my first company car with 10 yards on the clock was pretty bad.
What are your pet hates?
Bad service, liver, Big Brother, hangovers.
What's the best holiday you've ever had?
On France's Atlantic coast. Huge empty beaches, great food, quirky hotels, fantastic.
What is your motto for life?
Brian Clough got it right. "Don't send me flowers when I'm dead. If you like me, send them while I'm alive".
