Halo Foods has extended its Harvest Cheweee line-up with bagged fruit and oat bites.
The three-strong range comprises Bananatastic, Very Berry and Cocoalicious (rsp: £1.69/multipack containing five 25g snack packs). Made from 100% natural ingredients and gluten-free oats, each contained 80% fruit and was high fibre, claimed the business. The snacks are produced with gluten-free oats to tap parents’ demand for allergen-free products.
The trio would also offer healthier on-the-go options in the children’s snacking sector, said brand marketing manager Jodie Cavaye, adding the newcomer would “bridge a gap between fruit snacks and cereal bars”.
Very Berry is available from this week in Tesco and will be joined on Tesco shelves by Bananatastic and Cocoalicious in January.
