Booker Wholesale has launched its full range of seasonal supplies, including new festive dishes, drinks and tableware.
The selection of starters, main meal components, meat-free dishes and sides offer ready-to-cook and partially prepared options to help chefs “save time and labour”, Booker said.
The wholesaler will also be offering a limited selection of cheese options, a portfolio of beers, wines spirits, low & no alcohol drinks, tableware, crackers and decorations.
The products will be available under Booker’s newly created catering brand tiers – Chef’s Essentials, Chef’s Menu and Chef’s Premium – to suit different operator needs and price points.
Starters include the freezer-to-plate Chef’s Premium Smoked Salmon Terrine and a Chef’s Premium Croxton Manor Cheddar Cheese Soufflé. Mains include a Chef’s Premium Duck Leg Confit, a Stuffed Turkey Breast Joint, a Pork and Fennel Stuffed Pork Belly, Lamb En Croûte and seafood options.
The Christmas offering also features premium beef options, such as the Chef’s Premium Beef Shin Bourguignon Pie and Chef’s Premium Beef Short Rib with Maple and Bourbon Glaze. At the butchery counter in branch, operators can access bespoke advice and custom cuts to suit their specific menu requirements.
Plant-based options will also be available, such as The Fat Chef Beetroot and Butternut Squash Wellington, and a Mediterranean Vegetable Tart.
For dessert, Booker is tapping into the pistachio trend this year with a Chef’s Premium Salted Pistachio Semifreddo, and Pistachio, White Chocolate and Raspberry Roulade. Other options include the Chef’s Premium Mint and Dark Chocolate Torte, Classic Handwrapped Panettone and a Champagne Sorbet.
“Our Christmas 2025 range is designed to inspire caterers and chefs with festive dishes that are as convenient to prepare as they are memorable on the plate,” said Booker director of trading for fresh foods Mark Suddaby.
“We provide operators with the tools to create exceptional seasonal menus, save time in the kitchen, and delight diners throughout the festive season.”
The Christmas stock is now live in branches for delivery, click & collect and online orders. Until 30 October, Booker’s online pre-order system will be open with 85 exclusive festive starters, mains, desserts, cheeses and accompaniments available.
