The serve was ‘bursting with bright citrus and bittersweet botanicals’ according to Botivo

Botivo has launched a sparkling ready-to-drink version of its signature serve.

Initially, Botivo Sparkling Botanical Aperitivo has launched exclusively via online speciality grocer Delli (rsp: £3.50/250ml). It will land on Botivo’s DTC store on 2 June and then in Whole Foods Market and select independent delis.

The alcohol-free serve combines botanicals from brand’s flagship, namesake aperitif – fresh rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood leaf, and orange zest – with wildflower honey and sparkling water.

The resulting tipple was “bursting with bright citrus and bittersweet botanicals” and “made to be chilled, cracked, and sipped wherever the sun’s shining”, said Botivo.

Last year, Botivo closed a six-figure funding round to support UK and international expansion.

The £900k round would go towards driving wider UK growth and scaling up production ahead of a global push in 2026, Botivo said at the time.

So far this year, the brand has secured its first major multiple listing in Waitrose, and rolled out limited-edition collaborations with chef Yotam Ottolenghi and specialist wine and spirits retailer Berry Bros & Rudd.

It was launched by Sam Paget Steavenson and Imme Ermgassen in 2021.
