Burger King Jr meal

Burger King is bringing back its ‘kids eat free’ offer for five weeks during the school summer holidays.

Until 31 August, families will be provided with a free King Jr meal featuring a kids’ cheeseburger, hamburger or chicken nuggets, small fries and an Innocent Kids Juicy Water with the purchase of a qualifying adult meal via the Burger King app.

Via Deliveroo, the burger chain will also be bringing back free kids’ meals when customers spend £25 from 1 to 17 August.

Alongside the meals, from 5 August, the fast food giant is launching paper-based kids’ activity packs with every King Jr meal. It builds on Burger King’s ‘Meltdown’ campaign, which saw the removal of all plastic toys from kids meals as part of its commitment to reduce single-use plastic in restaurants.

Last week, Frankie & Benny’s brought back its ‘kids eat free’ offer for the summer holidays, offering one free kids’ meal with every adult main purchased until 31 August.

Subway is also bringing back its ‘kids eat free’ deal until 17 August, offering families a free ‘Little Subs Kids Pack’, which includes a four-inch mini sub, a snack and a drink with the purchase of any footlong sub.
