Burger King UK is to launch a new Texan BBQ King range and is bringing back the Gourmet Kings Bacon Caesar Collection after “popular demand”.
The Texan BBQ range, which is available from today (21 July), features two options, with customers able to choose from 100% British and Irish beef or crispy chicken.
Both options are topped with American cheese slices, fresh and crispy onions, iceberg lettuce, pickles, Texan BBQ sauce and BBQ mayo in a sesame seed bun.
The burger chain will also be bringing back the Gourmet Kings Bacon Caesar Collection. Available with flame-grilled Aberdeen Angus beef or crispy chicken, the products include caesar-style mayo, rocket, bacon bits, crispy onions, and oak-smoked cheddar in a brioche bun.
To mark the launch of the summer menu, Burger King is launching two ‘buy one get one free’ (bogof) offers. The first bogof deal will be available on the Gourmet Kings Bacon Caesar Collection from 21 to 23 July, before rolling out across the Texan BBQ range from 27 to 29 July.
It follows the launch of Burger King’s sharing range, Burger Buddies, in May. Available in boxes of three or nine, Burger Buddies features snackable portions of the fast food giant’s Whopper, the Big King, and the BBQ Steakhouse burgers.
