Kingfisher property arm Chartwell Land has bought the former John Menzies store in Colchester, Essex, from Royal Sun Alliance for £3.6m. The intention is to redevelop the building behind its existing facade to provide two units. The larger unit, of 11,500 sq ft, will be taken by Superdrug.
