Dairy processor Dale Farm GB has revealed further details of expansion plans for Scotland and England as it focuses on raising its profile outside its Belfast HQ.
The company is also on the acquisition trail in England in order to improve logistics and develop in cheese and foodservice.
Group chief executive David Dobbin said: "We have doubled capacity at our Rowan Glen yoghurt and probiotic drinks plant in Scotland, achieving national distribution."
The company is investing £2.5m in production, storage and distribution facilities at its Kendal plant in Cumbria and expects to finish revamping the site next June.
