Five Guys has launched a new loyalty programme to reward new and loyal customers.
Available nationwide, Five Guys Rewards is a wallet-based loyalty programme that gives members a new reward almost every time they visit.
Unlike traditional loyalty schemes, the rewards will be added directly to customers’ digital wallets on their phone, removing the need for an app. Customers can sign up in-store or online.
Customers who sign up now will be instantly rewarded with free Little or Regular Fries for their next visit. When customers scan their Rewards Pass at the till or drive thru and spend a minimum of £7, they’ll receive a Member Reward, which will be added to their wallet to use on their next visit.
To mark the launch, Five Guys is rolling out offers including buy one get one free on burgers, half-price sides and free shakes.
“We’ve always focused on delivering a great experience, from our fresh food to our friendly service,” said Five Guys CEO John Eckbert. “Now we wanted to go that extra step further with Five Guys Rewards. It’s our way of showing our appreciation.
“We want our loyal customers to feel genuinely valued and looked after, celebrating their visits and deepening their connection with us, all while keeping Five Guys special.”
