Organic dairy manufacturer Glenisk has recalled some baby fromage frais yoghurts due to the possible presence of mould.
Three SKUs have been impacted: Organic Baby Fromage Frais mango with apple, banana & oats; Organic Baby Fromage Frais strawberry with banana, vanilla & oats; and Organic Baby Fromage Frais apple, pear, carrot with oats.
Each comes in a pack of four pots weighing 60g and the recall is for products with the use-by date of 28 May.
Food recall notices have been issued by Food Standards Agency Ireland, Singapore Food Agency and UK Food Standards Agency (though this is Northern Ireland specific).
In the customer notice listed on the UK Food Standards Agency website, the County Offaly-based business told customers to “discard affected products”.
“Retailers have been advised to remove affected products from sale,” it continued. “If you have purchased one of the affected products, please contact us at info@glenisk.com and our team will be happy to arrange a replacement.”
Glenisk was approached for comment.
