Golden ticket: Kit Kat is offering 10 shoppers the chance to scoop a cash prize if they find a golden ticket under their wrapper. The Cross Your Fingers promotion, which has a total prize pot of €100,000, will appear on all Kit Kat singles and multipacks from April 30.
Glorious grows: Glorious has launched two limited-edition soups and a new pasta sauce. The Moroccan Vegetable Harira Meal Soup, Rustic Italian Tomato & Balsamic Skinny Soup and Creamy Italian Tomato and Roasted Vegetables sauce (all rsp: £1.99) are available from retailers including Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.
New from Newman’s: Newman’s Own is launching two new products. Sweet Chilli Sauce, made with red jalapeno and paprika, is designed to accompany prawns and chicken, while Extra Hot Sticky BBQ Sauce with tomato, treacle and chilli can be used to top sausages and burgers. The products (both rsp: £1.85) will be available in Sainsbury’s from mid-May.
Coke on the ball: Coca-Cola Enterprises is giving footie fans the chance to win a Sharp entertainment system with every purchase of Coca-Cola, and a PS3 and a UEFA football game with packs of Coke Zero. A Euro 2012 sports bottle is being given away with special packs of Powerade Ion4 and Powerade Zero.
Impulse Ribena: Ribena plans to capitalise on a summer of celebration by offering wholesalers and indies an exclusive 500ml pack of Ribena Apple. The new permanent addition to the RTD family, which launched this week, will only be available in a 99p price-marked pack.
Zugo a-go-go: Hot snack brand Zugo’s Deli Café will kick off a national sampling campaign on 7 May. Consumers in London, Glasgow and Dublin will be in with the chance of winning lunch deliveries to their office and a weekend break to Italy.
Dressing up: Kraft Light salad dressings are undergoing a facelift this month. The reduced-fat Herb & Garlic, Honey & Mustard, Balsamic and Caesar and fat-free Thousand Island, French and Italian variants now have a slimline bottle and new labels.
Kinder PMP: Ferrero has added a 50p price-marked pack to its Kinder Bueno singles range. The packs will be available for nine weeks from 21 May in cases offering 30 packs for the price of 24.
Oil listed: Premium Andalusian single-variety extra virgin olive oil Hojiblanca (rsp: £3.49/ 500ml) has rolled out to 400 Tesco stores.
