Heinz is opening a pop-up dining experience in London and Manchester next month to celebrate the launch

Heinz has expanded its lineup with a ranch sauce designed for pizza crust dipping.

The NPD, which is described as a “garlicky, tangy” sauce, promises to “elevate everyday bites” and serve as the “perfect accompaniment” for pizza crust. It was developed after Heinz’s own research found a third of Brits picked pizza crusts and sauces as a favourite food combination.

The new sauce will roll out in Tesco, Asda and Iceland this week, with other retailers set to follow soon (rsp: £3.39/400ml). The condiments giant will open pop-up restaurants in London and Manchester to back the NPD launch, serving pizza crusts with Heinz Ranch Sauce.

“Our ranch is perfect for pizza, and knowing just how much Brits love crusts, it feels like a match made in sauce heaven,” said Aditi Hilgers, taste elevation and masterbrand director at Kraft Heinz.

“We can’t wait to welcome sauce fans down to Ranchenzo’s in London and Manchester to give them a taste of our delicious new Ranch Sauce.”

Heinz sold 1.1 million fewer litres of its table sauces last year as higher prices dented demand. Extreme weather pushed up the cost of key ingredients such as tomatoes, said the brand [NIQ 52 w/e 6 September 2025].

The launch is the latest NPD from Heinz after it added a trio of pasta sauces designed to make mealtimes easier for busy households in March.
