Scottish & Newcastle has promoted Keith Hogg to the position of group sales director.
Hogg has been managing director of Scottish & Newcastle’s off-trade division for the past four years.
He has worked with Scottish Courage for 18 years, seven of which were in the off-trade business, where he started out as national account manager
before rising to the position of commercial director.
He then moved into the on-trade, first as customer management programme director, then as on-trade planning director and finally as MD for Courage eastern.
In his new role, Hogg will be responsible for improving sales execution across all Scottish & Newcastle markets, reporting to Scottish & Newcastle chief executive Tony Froggatt. He will work closely with country managers and sales leaders to develop strategies, ensure the establishment and transfer of best practice across the group and drive the development of sales capability. Hogg will take up his role full-time in January.
