Melting moment UK retailers have been told they will suffer no disruption in supplies of own label ice cream made by Belgo, after its factory in Belgium was badly damaged by fire. Peter Cooney, of UK agent Transglobal Foods, said: "The fire will put us out of production till the end of the month." But he said there was stock in the chain. He added that Belgo would use other suppliers to bridge any gaps as retailers build up for the busiest ice cream selling period. {{NEWS }}
