JJ Foodservice is to launch a refreshed version of its supplier conference, Connect 2025, to meet new partners and strengthen customer relationships.
Taking place on 10 October at Convene 22 Bishopsgate, London, the event will feature a ‘speed dating’ format, designed to connect the group with potential future partners as the wholesaler expands its product range to serve a broader customer base.
Following a successful expansion into Thai cuisine last year, JJ has recently added new product ranges focused on Turkish, Indian and Japanese cuisines, alongside a new larger alcohol range.
"We’re expanding our range to meet the needs of a broader mix of restaurants – and we’re not stopping there,” said JJ Foodservice chief product officer Sezer Ozkul.
"JJ Connect will help us meet innovative new partners, bring fresh ideas to our customers’ menus and strengthen the relationships we already have as we continue to grow.”
The national foodservice operator is inviting suppliers to register their interest in attending as a future partner, with successful applicants invited to the conference to explore opportunities to become part of JJ’s growing supplier base.
Last month, JJ published its first brochure of warehouse site requirements as it looked to expand through acquisitions.
The brochure outlines requirements for freehold sites including minimum size, use class and target regions of London, Croydon, Sheffield, Liverpool, Nottingham and Cardiff.
