
JJ Foodservice has introduced a new range of authentic Japanese ingredients designed for restaurants, takeaways and caterers.
Highlights include certified sushi-grade salmon available in Prime, Premium and Superior grades, with all fillets boneless.
The range also features premium fish such as black cod, yellowfin tuna and yellowtail kingfish, as well as ambient products including the wholesaler’s Rice Majestic Sushi Rice.
Since the launch, sales to Japanese-style restaurants have more than doubled, with a 50% increase in demand.
The range, which builds on the success of JJ’s Thai and Southeast Asian lines, is supported by a dedicated brochure and digital marketing campaign.
