Functional wellness brand One Living has entered the health shot category.
The brand – founded by rugby star Jonny Wilkinson – has rolled a five-strong range of shots into over 500 Tesco stores. They are: Energy, Gut Health, Immunity, Beauty and Brain.
The shots (rsp: £2/100ml) would “support everyday wellbeing through powerful, natural ingredients and evidence-backed formulations”, said One Living.
Each blend contained “real fruit purées and carefully balanced natural ingredients”, ensuring a flavour profile that was “as enjoyable as it is effective”, according to the supplier.
Energy is made with natural caffeine from green tea and guarana for “sustained energy without the crash”. Gut Health contains 4g of natural fibre and one billion live cultures and postbiotics to “support daily digestion and nutrient absorption”.
Immunity, meanwhile, features “whole-plant support from reishi, turmeric and ginger, alongside vitamins C, D, and zinc”. Beauty contains biotin, vitamin E, zinc, aloe vera, and hyaluronic acid to “nourish skin and protect against oxidative stress”.
Finally, Brain contains lion’s mane, ashwagandha, B vitamins, and magnesium to “support cognitive function and mental clarity”.

One Living’s new shot range will sit alongside the brand’s kombucha, cold-pressed CBD drinks and water kefir products, which are stocked in retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.
The brand was relaunched last June with a more holistic health and wellness positioning.
