Kent-based regional foodservice wholesaler Kff is expanding its meat range with 12 new products designed to offer chefs “greater choice, quality, and versatility”.
The new lines span a mix of proteins, including premium lamb cuts such as boneless lamb leg, alongside minced and diced variations.
Kff’s beef and pork range now includes a beef topside joint, an Aberdeen Angus beef burger, and two new sausage variants.
The lineup also includes Sysco Essentials chicken breast fillets and raw halal chicken drumsticks. Kff is a subsidiary of US foodservice giant Sysco, which is the parent company of Brakes.
“Our customers rely on us for quality, consistency, and choice, and this expanded meat range reflects our commitment to delivering exactly that,” said Kff MD Neil Williams.
