Noble Foods has appointed Ken Clow as managing director of its shell egg business.
The industry giant revealed Clow will be taking the helm at the business, which handles over 30 million British Lion eggs every week and supplies major retailers with both branded and own‑label products as the UK’s leading egg producer.
Previously CEO at online butcher Donald Russell, Clow has extensive commercial and operations experience in agri-food and retail.
He replaces Liam Burke, who is stepping away from the role after five years to be closer to home and spend time with his family.
Noble Foods said Burke had helped to build “a profitable and sustainable business, strengthened relationships across the supply chain, and successfully guided the team through industry-wide challenges”.
Looking ahead, Clow will lead the business’ ambition to drive category leadership across both branded and own‑label shell eggs.
“I’m proud to join Noble Foods, a purpose-led, family-owned business at the heart of UK agriculture,” Clow said. “I look forward to working with our colleagues, producers and customers to drive growth, building on the solid foundations Liam and the team have put down.”
