
Nomad Foods has appointed former Ornua Foods UK & Europe MD Simon Ball as its UK & Ireland president.
Ball will join the business from 23 March and become a member of the executive team, reporting into CEO Dominic Brisby.
The ”distinguished and highly experienced senior business leader” will assume responsibility for leading Nomad Foods’ UK & Ireland brand portfolio, which includes Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s.

Ball joins the business from Ornua, where he sat on its global leadership team and oversaw significant commercial and operational transformation. He has also held senior roles at Greencore, M&S, IPL and William Jackson Food Group.
