Oato has launched a limited-edition oat matcha latte into Modern Milkman.
The Oato Fresh Matcha Latte (rsp: £2.50/pint) has been made with British oats and can be served over ice, or warm as an alternative to coffee and tea.
It is made from water, oats, rapeseed oil, sugar and matcha powder, and includes vitamins and minerals.
“We are so excited about this latest launch, not least because it offers an exciting addition to the range, but also because it is the very essence of what Oato is: creamy, fresh, delicious, and of course British-made,” said Oato founder Carl Hopwood.
The launch comes off the back of a period of success for Oato, which described itself as “the best-selling oat drink on British milk rounds”. The business’s sales have grown 34% year on year, and the brand is available across Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose and Ocado.
