PepsiCo UK has unveiled its senior management changes following the integration of its four UK businesses, Walkers Snack Foods, Quaker Foods, Tropicana and Pepsi-Cola.
Tom Kuzio, senior vice president - sales at Walkers, takes the same title within the merged management team,
reporting to PepsiCo UK president Martin Glenn.
Reporting to Kuzio will be: senior director, grocery at Walkers, Anne Murphy, who takes the same title within PepsiCo UK; Walkers wholesale director Mark Young becomes wholesale and field sales director; the new direct to store director is Paul Cox, who moves from HR; convenience director at Walkers, Mary Barnard, is impulse retail director; Tropicana UK sales director David Biggs becomes regional development director; Walkers direct to store director Jason Richards becomes customer development director; and Walkers trade marketing director Andy Thompson takes the same title within PepsiCo UK.
Each director will manage cross-functional sales teams across the PepsiCo UK businesses. Murphy commented: “It’s a very exciting time for the whole of our business. We have our top line structure in place and are looking forward to continuing to drive mutually successful relationships with customers.”
Glenn said: “At a senior level a couple of general managers are going, but otherwise the changes involve no redundancies.”
PepsiCo also confirmed vice president - marketing at Walkers, Neil Campbell, would take the same title in the group. Benet Slay, vice president, impulse at Walkers, has left to become on-trade MD at Diageo.
It said a replacement for Slay and further impulse and grocery structure changes would be announced later.
