Nigel Phillips is the new MD of the Redwood Wholefood Company, the vegan food company founded by Heather Mills.
Phillips was previously MD of Granovita, the health food firm he founded in 1991. He has also worked for The Haldane Group and Granose Foods, and was instrumental in helping set up Redwood when he introduced its former owners to a range of meat substitutes.
