Pizza Hut UK has unveiled plans to upgrade its Hut Rewards loyalty programme in a move that will reward customer frequency.
Customers will be able to earn stamps that can be redeemed for treats with every delivery or collection order. It comes as the pizza giant looks to evolve its offer “beyond a spend-based model”.
From 20 April, customers will earn a digital stamp with each qualifying order over £10. Stamps one, four, six and nine will earn customers rewards such as a free garlic bread, a medium pizza, a large pizza or an XXL Big New Yorker pizza.
Those who sign up to Hut Rewards before 19 April and spend £5 on an order will also receive a free small pizza as a welcome gift.
“We believe in celebrating every pizza occasion, whether it’s watching a midweek football game or a big pizza party, we are here to ‘Feed Good Times’,” said Pizza Hut UK chief marketing officer Jana Ulaite.
”It’s about recognising all our customers and making every order feel special, with plenty of perks along the way, including free pizza to get you started – because earning rewards should feel effortless.”
The loyalty scheme relaunch will be supported by a creative camapign designed by agencies Among Equals, Spark and Krow, promoting the programme as “the loyalty scheme that loves you back”.
