London-based salad bar Urban Greens has launched its sixth location as it continues to grow across the capital.
The site, which opened at 23 Norton Folgate, Shoreditch on 30 October, offers 22 indoor seats, with outdoor seating to follow.
It serves the full Urban Greens menu, including salads such as the Beef Saigon, Salmon Avocado, and Urban Caesar, and trays such as the Sinaloa and Aegean, which were designed by head of food Finn Tonry.
“Shoreditch felt like the natural next step – it’s a hub for creativity, food and energy, all things that align with what we’re about,” said co-founder Rushil Ramjee.
As well as the option of dining in at the Shoreditch site, takeaway and delivery via Deliveroo will also be available.
In July, Urban Greens opened its fifth branch in Copthall Avenue, near Moorgate, as the brand celebrated its fifth anniversary.
At the time, Urban Greens said “several” more openings were planned amid steady demand for health-focused green lunch options in the city.
