Masterfoods will be spending £2.7m on an outdoor ad campaign that promotes the heat-resistant properties of its M& M’s chocolate.
The poster campaign, which has just started and will run until the end of August, uses the strapline ‘chocolates that don’t melt when its hot’ to encourage consumption over the summer months.
The ads use M& M’s to make a mosaic image of a surfer, a bikini-clad woman and a male Frisbee-thrower in three creatives.
The six-sheet posters will be located in seaside resorts, in phone boxes close to CTNs, in holiday camps, leisure parks and service stations.
