Richard Parke-Davies has been named chief operating officer at the newly rebranded Total Worldfresh.
Total has implemented a wide-ranging company restructure that sees the Redbridge and Summerfruit Company names disappear and a standardised Total branding introduced.
As part of the reshuffle, former Redbridge director Parke-Davies will be joined on the board by Ian Waller, who was named manager of the new Total Berry division.
Larisha Engelbrecht has also been promoted to commercial director for Total Worldfresh with responsibility for supporting the commercial teams and systems, finance and accounts supports functions.
A newly created position of business development director is being filled by Tony Ganio, while Tony Gardner has been named manager of Total Fruit's retail operations.
"Fresh produce continues to go through substantial change and it is critical that the business model we operate is lean and responsive to market condition," said executive chairman Denis Punter.
"We believe these changes make our business focused and fit for purpose and will provide a platform for further growth."
