
Starbucks has unveiled its 2026 winter menu, adding trending pistachio and matcha flavours to the lineup.
Launching on 8 January, Starbucks will be rolling out a new Pistachio Matcha Latte. It will be available hot or iced and topped with pistachio-flavour cold foam.
The coffee giant will also be launching Ristretto Bianco, a small coffee made with three Starbucks Blonde Ristretto shots for a more intense flavour.
Returning for 2026, Starbucks’ winter menu will feature the Pistachio Velvet Oat Latte, available both hot and iced. It combines pistachio and white chocolate with the brand’s signature espresso and oat milk.
Across its food offering, the café chain is also bringing back the Berry Crunch compote with Greek-style yoghurt, alongside its Egg White Bites with Three Cheese and Red Pepper, and the Pistachio White Chocolate Loaf Cake.
In October, Starbucks launched its Christmas menu with a new Chocolatey Mousse Latte as its standout festive beverage.
It joined a new Iced Toffee Nut Cream Matcha Latte and Iced Gingerbread Cream Matcha Latte, alongside returning products including the Toffee Nut Latte, Gingerbread Latte, and Eggnog Latte.
