
Starbucks has launched its 2025 Christmas food and beverage lineup with new and returning favourites.
From this week, Starbucks Rewards members will be offered early access to the new Chocolatey Mousse Latte. The drink, available hot or iced, blends the coffee chain’s espresso with a nutty-flavour sauce, milk and a chocolate whipped cream.
“We wanted to bring something new and distinctive to the holiday menu, and the Chocolatey Mousse Latte does just that,” says Starbucks EMEA beverage product developer Dan Saxby. “The rich cocoa and nutty notes capture the warmth and comfort of the season, while complementing the festive flavours of our seasonal icons.

“What truly sets it apart is the cloud-like, chocolatey mousse topping, bringing a unique texture that creates a light and velvety texture in every sip.”
The new latte joins returning products including the Toffee Nut Latte, Gingerbread Latte, and Eggnog Latte, available hot or iced.
The holiday menu will be available for all customers from 6 November, with all hot beverages to be served in this season’s new design of Starbucks’ Red Cup.
The coffee giant will also be offering a Christmas Blend in any espresso-based drink, such as latte or americano, which offers notes of herbs, baking spices and a chocolate finish.
Tapping into trending flavours, Starbucks will also be introducing two new matcha beverages, including an Iced Toffee Nut Cream Matcha Latte and Iced Gingerbread Cream Matcha Latte.
Also launching on 6 November is Starbucks’ seasonal foods range, including the new Festive Turkey Sandwich served on cranberry bread, a Festive Feast Toastie, and bakery items such as Mince Pies, Chocolate Babka, and a Black Forest Slice.
