Starbucks is bringing back its Pumpkin Spice range for autumn alongside a new Iced Apple Crumble Matcha Latte – the brand’s first standalone autumn matcha concept in the UK.

The Iced Apple Crumble Matcha Latte combines matcha with baked apple flavours, topped with apple-flavoured cream cold foam and a crumble topping.

It will launch alongside a new Maple Pecan Macchiato. Available hot or iced, it pairs toasted pecan and maple flavours with the coffee giant’s Blonde Espresso Roast.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte, which first launched in 2003, will be making a comeback for 2026, alongside a Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato, an Iced Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato, and a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.

“For many of our customers, the return of Pumpkin Spice Latte has become a marker that autumn has arrived, and we continue to see incredible enthusiasm for the flavours and rituals of the season,” said Louise Direito, Starbucks EMEA category, innovation and development director.

“We’re excited to bring Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato back for a second year. At the same time, our customers’ tastes continue to evolve. The new Iced Apple Crumble Matcha Latte is our first standalone autumn matcha drink, bringing together the comfort of a classic autumn flavour with a category our customers increasingly enjoy year-round. Alongside the new Maple Pecan Macchiato, it gives customers both the seasonal favourites they return for and something new to discover.”

The drinks launch alongside an autumn-inspired bakery menu, available from 3 September. The lineup includes a Pumpkin Spice Cake Pop, Pumpkin Marble Loaf Cake, and an Apple Crumble Muffin.
