
Supplements brand Tonic Health has expanded its kids’ and adult ranges in Sainsbury’s, launching five new products across 131 stores nationwide.
The lineup spans early years nutrition through to adult wellness, and was created in response to growing demand for “simple, targeted supplement options that fit into everyday routines”, the brand said.
The children’s range was informed by data showing 91% of under‑18s fall short of the 5 a day fruit & vegetable target, it added, citing figures from the Food Foundation.
It includes Baby Multi Drops (rsp: £10), a liquid multivitamin delivering 14 essential vitamins, minerals and plant extracts, designed to support babies aged six months and over.
Plus Kids Calm Gummies (rsp: £10), meanwhile, is a combination of magnesium, ashwagandha KSM-66 and lemon balm to help support “calm and relaxation as part of kids’ bedtime routines”, according to the brand.
For adults, Energy + Hydration (rsp: £9) blends electrolytes, B vitamins and ginseng to help maintain “hydration and energy levels throughout the day”.
Focus + Mind (rsp: £9) is a tablet made with lion’s mane, L‑tyrosine and adaptogens to support “focus, calm and mental balance”.
Rest + Recover (rsp: £9) is a magnesium-rich evening drink with botanical extracts to aid “rest and recovery at the end of the day”.
“We’re seeing people move away from complicated supplement routines towards products that are easy to use and actually fit into real life,” said Sunna van Kampen, founder of Tonic Health.
“Expanding our range in Sainsbury’s is about making that more accessible, whether that’s parents looking for something simple for their kids, or adults wanting better options for energy, focus, sleep or hydration.”
