UK FDS 2026

The UK Food & Drink Shows has been rebranded as part of a wider investment in enhancing the must-attend industry event.

Shows organiser William Reed, publisher of brands including The Grocer, has unveiled a new look that it said was designed to reflect the evolution of the shows and the “energy and ambition of the industry”.

The new branding retains the event’s existing colour palette but features a contemporary typeface and new background textures.

“This is a clear signal of our commitment to delivering more: more inspiration, more insight, and more opportunities to connect,” said William Reed managing director of exhibitions Dan Dixon, adding the rebrand was one element of an investment strategy focused on enhancing visitor experiences and delivering value for customers.

“At the heart of it all is the power of face-to-face interaction: the chance to have meaningful conversations, experience products first-hand, and build relationships through real-world moments.”

The rebrand was created by branding and design agency Sherlock Studio, which said its aim was an identity that felt confident, future-focused and reflective of the excitement, innovation and excellence that defined the UK food and drink industry.

“We hope it’ll provide an energetic new platform for exhibitors,” said Sherlock creative director Rich Ford.

Next year’s UK Food & Drink Shows will take place from Monday 13 April to Wednesday 15 April at the NEC Birmingham. It will comprise four shows, each dedicated to a specific sector of the industry: Food & Drink Expo, Farm Shop & Deli Show, National Convenience Show and Forecourt Show.

  • Food & Drink Expo provides buyers from retail, hospitality, wholesale, foodservice and manufacturing with information and product sourcing opportunities.
  • Farm Shop & Deli Show brings together hundreds of suppliers to showcase the best of local and speciality produce to retailers and buyers.
  • National Convenience Show provides a platform for the convenience retailing sector to come together, from suppliers and wholesalers through to retailers.
  • Forecourt Show brings together top suppliers and distributors across all fuel types, vehicle care and convenience retail.

At this year’s event, around 1,500 exhibitors, from the world’s biggest names in fmcg and manufacturing to startups taking their first steps, travelled from across the globe to present their products and services. The aisles of the halls were packed with tens of thousands of buyers and trade visitors, from small independent operators to the largest multiple retailers.

“We create electrifying experiences that bring the food and drink community together: forging powerful connections between brands, buyers, and innovators,” added Dixon.
