What's the best thing about working there? The employees. We are lucky to have a fantastic team of people behind the brand, all striving to achieve the same goal and success.

Does the company offer any unusual benefits? We offer a car lottery where all employees have the chance to play by paying £1 a week to enter the draw for the chance to win a car. So far, over the past 18 months, 20 cars have been won!

How does the company differ from its rivals? The UK leadership team takes an interest in all employees, which makes everyone feel like an integral part of the business. We care about our employees and keep them up to date with regular business performance updates. This is appreciated across the employee base.

If the company were a car what would it be and why? Something red to represent the Findus colours. A Volkswagen Beetle restoration and relaunch of a true favourite classic, just like the Findus brand!

What's the training like? We offer many training opportunities, provided through internal training and external qualifications. To name a few foundation degrees, degrees and masters qualifications.

What's your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? Supporting the successful relaunch of the Findus brand. It's been an exciting journey and we've only really just begun.

What is the most important or challenging HR issue you are dealing with? The ambitious growth plan. Therefore, the HR team will continue to support the management team, bringing in new talent, developing existing employees and continuing to work towards being a great place of work.
