Fenn joins Eat Natural following 15 years in the food manufacturing industry where he has held logistics manager posts at Hotel Chocolat, Geest and Northern Foods.
In his new role he will be responsible for the daily operational management of Eat Natural's production site the Makery, based in Halstead, Essex. He will also ensure that Eat Natural's production method runs smoothly.
Fenn said: 'I'm really happy to be joining Eat Natural at this challenging time. I intend to move the business forward to cope with its continuing growth."
