What was your first-ever job? At 13 I used to go to my Dad's office in Mum's dresses and heels to process invoices. I took it all very seriously!
What was your worst job interview? Creating an anagram to show James Averdieck how much I wanted to work at Gü. I spelt 'chocolate' wrong. He took me on in the end!
What was the first music single you bought? Not very cool, but Kylie and Jason's 'Especially for You'.
How do you describe your job to your mates? For the last six months we've been setting up and I've tried to be a jack of all trades, from building desks to developing our yoghurt and driving our 1977 Citroën sampling van.
What is the most rewarding part of your job? It's been amazing reading feedback. We've believed in our product from day one it's so lovely to hear other people are passionate about it, too.
What is the least rewarding? Nothing it's always been my dream to be part of creating a business.
What is your motto in life? I've tried to always do things (in and out of work) that I'm massively passionate about.
What's your nickname? Some of my friends call me Millymacmoo quite fitting now I work with yoghurt.
If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be? I really need a bigger computer screen, so maybe when we sell some more yoghurts I can stop squinting.
What's your favourite movie? The Shawshank Redemption. It's stayed with me for the obvious reasons.
What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? When I worked in a hotel, I had to serve Ally McCoist breakfast in bed. He only had a towel on I was his biggest fan and couldn't have blushed more.
Do you have any phobias? I used to be scared of flying. But recently I learnt to fly in a simulator, so I'm nearly cured.
If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be and why? Pippa Middleton. We could do with her organisational skills. And she would keep my business partner Mike very happy!
If you could change one thing in grocery what would it be? Bring in more women. At events, 75% of the room is male.
What luxury would you have on your desert island? I'm addicted to all things Jo Malone, so a scented candle would be heaven.
