What was your first-ever job? Working as a junior for an article clerk in a firm of solicitors when I left school.

If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be? A chauffeur to take me to and from meetings. I wouldn’t then need to worry about finding where I’m going and I could get on with work while in transit.

What’s your favourite movie? Pretty Woman. The character is an underdog with morals, integrity and tenacity. She triumphs through determination and the belief in her own self-worth. She is a model for all times.

Do you have any phobias? Needles can’t look at them and panic dreadfully at the thought of them. As a child, I thought it was the dentist that I was averse to, but I came to realise it was the injection. This is why I started Transformulas to get anti-ageing results without having to endure any injections.

Which celebrity would you like on your staff? From the past, Sophia Loren a true and naturally beautiful woman who epitomises femininity. Or today, Deborah Meaden for her intelligence and experience.

If you could change one thing in grocery what would it be? EU regulations they’re incredibly restrictive and constantly changing.
