Who was your first teenage crush and why? Mavis Evans, daughter of the headmaster. Taught me all I know about women - the daughter that is, not the headmaster.

What was your most embarrassing moment? Kissing my first girlfriend: I didn't know whether to ask her to take her glasses off.
Do you have any phobias? The propeller on a speed boat.
If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be? Sir Alan Sugar, because of his business knowledge.

What's your favourite junk food? I don't eat junk food ever - and hate everything about it.
What's your favourite chat-up line? "You don't look like the picture on your website."
What luxury would you have on your desert island? Julie Mango from Jamaica (that's the fruit by the way - not a Seventies porn star.)
What's your biggest regret? Pursuing a career as an actuary for about 18 months. So boring.
If you could star in a television programme, what would it be? Strictly Come Dancing, as Karen Hardy's partner. It would be a thrill to have such a brilliant dancing partner.
