What's it like to work for your company? Stiletto Foods has a creative, innovative and friendly working environment, where everyone has the chance to input ideas and develop the brand. Why is it a good employer? Being a relatively small company you get exposed to all aspects of running the business. Everyone has to muck in when they need to.

What's the best thing about working there? Every cup of tea comes with a delicious Mrs Crimble's Choc Macaroon. And there's the daily quiz!

Does the company offer any unusual benefits? We all get a chance to get involved in new product development in Angela's amazing kitchen!

How does the company differ from its rivals? It's a real, down-to-earth company, there is no corporate ego and it's all about getting to know our consumers.

Is there a definable company culture? Always being open and receptive to new ideas, and a can-do mentality!

If the company were a car what would it be and why? A Morris Minor Traveller. It's a classic everybody loves.

What's the training like and what qualifications can I earn? Training thus far has been on the job although as we are a growing company and adding new staff we are developing external training programmes. Having said that I'm often heard to be saying you'll learn here what they won't teach you at business school!

Has the company won any awards? We've won lots of awards for our products, including The Grocer's... and many Free From awards from Foodmatters. We've never entered a best employer contest, perhaps we will.

What's your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? For the first time, we've recruited a couple of graduates to the company. We wanted to inject new ideas without the baggage that can all too often come from working with large corporate entities.

Are you looking for any people right now and, if so, where? Growing companies always need good people.
