Playmobil is this week starting to roll out its advent calendars to retailers including Tesco and Asda. Three sets from previous festive line-ups - Pirates’ Treasure Cove, Princess Wedding and Winter Wonderland - will be joined on shelf by two new calendars themed around a pony farm (pictured) and police. Each calendar has 24 windows containing toys that can be combined to make a diorama, or used with a child’s existing Playmobil set.
