Revolution Vodka Bar will sell its home-made vodka online as it diversifies into retail with the launch of an online shop.

The 63-strong bar group will sell vodka made in its "Vodka Factory" in Manchester from next year, and is launching this month with a range of products from cocktail-making equipment to gift cards.

The flavoured vodkas, including chilli, jelly baby and pineapple (rsp: £10), are currently only available in its bars.

Revolution Vodka Shop will also start selling other premium vodka brands, and is not ruling out a move to the high street in 2011, said Carl Morris, head of sales and marketing at Revolution.

The company, which has a turnover of £100m, is looking to repeat the sales growth and success of its bars in online retail, he added, and described the venture as a "food and drink-led party experience".

"We don't see that there are any direct competitors to the Revolution Vodka Shop," added Morris. "Nowhere else can you buy a food and drink-led party experience, and, together with our product pipeline - such as home-made vodka infusions it's a truly unique offering."
