Sainsbury’s has added 10 new ready meals to its premium own-label range Taste the Difference.
The new additions include six microwaveable dishes and four oven ready meals, and have been inspired by recipes from around the world, according to Sainsbury’s.
Products include Mediterranean Chicken with Volanti Pasta, Sweet Chilli & Tamarind Prawn with Rice and Teriyaki Glazed Beef. They all sell at £4.
“We know our customers are sometimes short on time to prepare a meal from scratch but still want to eat something nutritious that also tastes great,” said product technolgist Craig Breadmore.
“Our new Taste the Difference products are the perfect solution as it offers speedily prepared ready meals that use high quality ingredients to create authentic, healthy recipes that are full of flavour.”
