Blue chip brands broker SHS Sales & Marketing has made three board appointments as it shapes up for expansion.
All three new directors have been promoted from within, and a further management tier will be created under them, said a spokeswoman.
She added that the new structure would make SHS Sales & Marketing "stronger on top" and better able to pursue new business opportunities.
In the restructure Marcus Freer becomes commercial director. He takes on responsibility for the customer services department on top of his remit as commercial controller.
Hilary Rodgers moves from her post as marketing manager to marketing director, adding new business development to her responsibilities.
Arthur Richmond becomes financial director after four years with the company.
Managing director John Black said: "These key moves will allow us to fully maximise all new business opportunities and enhance our service to our current principals. We have never been in a better position to meet the demands of today's dynamic marketplace."

SHS Sales and Marketing currently handles brands including WKD, Douwe Egberts, Highland Spring, Tropicana, Baxters and Colgate.
The company is looking to recruit more top brands in Great Britain, Ireland and Europe.
