W hen Google Maps accidentally erased the Scottish island of Jura, creative agency Holler knew it was a gift of an opportunity, and worked at breakneck speed to create a social-media game of ‘Where’s Jura?’, featuring a Jura-less map of the area and asking users to mark where it should be. It went viral and secured an estimated £214,393-worth of exposure - all for the cost of a case of whisky.
