Walsh Mushrooms is a leading supplier of quality fresh mushrooms to the UK market. We operate a fully integrated model from production of substrate through to growing and packing mushrooms. From our headquarters in Evesham, Worcestershire, we provide daily cold chain distribution to retailers, food manufacturers and food service customers nationwide. Our Evesham facility (BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Grade A+) houses a state-of-the-art packhouse and mushroom preparation plant. Our packing and prepping lines cater for a complete range of packs for retailers, food service or catering operators, as well as producing a wide range of washed, sliced, diced and quartered mushrooms for the UK’s leading blue chip food manufacturers.
