August 25, 1990. Kellogg's has spoken out about Aldi's ultra-low price for 500g boxes of its famous cornflakes. The German discounter sells them for 79p 6p less than its nearest competitor Kwik Save and far below the £1.06 retail reported in the latest The Grocer Price List.
