When was the first time you got drunk? I started on the good stuff and I have not looked back - Champagne at a family celebration.
What was the first music single you bought? Back to Donny - Puppy Love.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? An actress, an explorer or a journalist but I get to do a little bit of each in this role really.
What's your favourite book and why? I would probably pick L'Assommoir by Zola - the first book that made me cry.
What's your favourite movie and why? Priscilla Queen of the Desert - the songs, costumes and Guy Pearce.
What was your worst holiday and why? Holiday hell is to lie on the beach in the sun. I need mountains on holiday.
If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be and why? James Dyson, Tracey Emin, Banksy - amazing minds, people who don't see boundaries.
Who would you most like to sit next to on a plane? A Tandem sky dive tutor - fully equipped, just in case.
